disabilities or who have the requisite post-secondary education are

persons lacking post secondary education or previous work experience is
to have prospective candidates enter our casual relief pool.
In this manner, individuals who are new to this field have an
opportunity to see if working with persons with developmental
disabilities is to their liking. In

compatibility and suitability to this field of endeavour.
